PetBottle Phenomenon

In PetBottle Phenomenon, the artist explores the unseen consequences of our daily interaction with plastic. The work focuses on the PET bottle—not as a static object, but as a site of constant change through domestic reuse.

Utilizing light and contrasting textures, the project manifests the “unknown realm” of plastic as it breaks down and migrates. The glowing, sharp materials contained within the bottles act as a powerful metaphor for the synthetic substances internalized by the human body. Through this lens, the artist challenges the viewer to recognize the persistent presence of these submerged materials within our physical selves, bridging the gap between external waste and internal health.
